Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send an email to notify you that your refund is processing. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or method of payment, it may take up to 5 days for a refund to post to your account.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons, not due to our error, or is returned more than 60 days after delivery. If for some reason, your item is received and a refund is not approved, customer service will notify you by email.
Fuse Lenses issues refunds to the original payment method only. In the case that the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
Late or Missing Refunds:
The length of processing time for your refund will vary. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and/or bank. There may be some additional processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done those steps and still have not received a refund, you can contact customer service.
