An Order Confirmation email is sent right away, as soon as you place your order.
A Shipping Notification email is sent with the USPS Tracking Number when the order is shipped and begins tracking, usually up to 5 business days after you place your order.
If you do not see either email:
1. Double check your Spam and Promotions folder.
2. Ensure that email@example.com is added to your “safe senders list.” Some email services routinely send emails from companies to spam folders, and sometimes even delete these emails. Please check with your email provider.
Once you've taken those steps, if you still do not see your order confirmation or tracking link, reach out to customer service for additional help.
