The way polarized lenses work is by a filter that blocks all light coming from one direction. It is possible that when the lenses were cut, the axis was slightly off or the lenses were cut on the wrong axis due to human error. If you think this may be the case, please reach out to customer service and we will get a new pair sent to you as soon as possible.
Alternatively, If you are not used to wearing polarized lenses, it may be possible that you have sensitivities to polarization. People who have sensitive eyes may experience headaches or nausea while wearing polarized sunglasses. Their eyes do not adjust well to the changes brought on by polarized lenses. If the symptoms are very minor, they may go away after a few days of wearing polarized lenses. However, we would be happy to exchange your lenses for a non-polarized pair and refund the difference. Just let us know!
Remember - each purchase includes a 60-day guarantee! We are happy to work with you. Just reach out to customer service if you encounter any issues.
