In many cases of poor fit, it can simply be a mis-order. There are often multiple versions and sizes of each model of sunglasses.
When you email us, please include:
- Verification of your frame model/size. You can type out all the information that is in the inside temple of your frame. It may also be helpful to include pictures of the front and sides of your frame to help with verification. This is especially true if you have a frame with many variations or if the model information was worn down.
- Reason for the fit issue. Simply letting us know the problem (for example, if the lenses are too large, too small, the wrong shape, etc) can help us quickly identify what went wrong and what we can try in order to fix it.
