Forgot to redeem your reward points? No worries!
You can contact customer service for a partial refund of your order based on the points you had available at the time of purchase. (Or, you can always wait and be able to get even more $$ off your next order!)
Please note, only reward points in your account at the time of purchase can be applied to your orders. Points earned on a purchase cannot be applied to the order that they were earned on. Your current point balance will be deducted based on the amount redeemed and the money refunded from your purchase. Reward points do not show in your account immediately after purchase.
