How long does the custom program take?

It typically takes 3-5 business days for you to get the box and send it back to us with your frames inside. After that, it takes around 3-5 business days for us to custom-create lenses. Then, it’ll take 3-5 more business days for everything to come back to you, fresh lenses installed. In total, the entire process takes around 3 weeks.

Please note, any items ordered with your concierge service will be shipped with your completed sunglasses. Your first shipment will only include the prepaid shipping kit. Please place a separate order if you wish to receive other items sooner.
