In most cases, once your lenses are out of warranty, you will have to place a new custom lens order to reorder lenses, even for the same glasses.

If your lenses are still within the warranty period, we will cover the $20 shipping charge to send your frames back into our lab for a replacement. You can contact customer service to check on your warranty status.
