Are your lenses taper corrected?Updated a year ago

No, our lenses are not taper-corrected.

Taper correcting is a process where the lenses are manufactured with different thicknesses from center to edge.  This special procedure tries to compensate for visual distortion caused by the curve of the lens.

Because our lenses are on a general base curve of 6, our lenses typically don't have any noticeable distortion along the edges. This is more common with lenses with a higher base curve.
