Can I change my Prescription lenses myself?Updated a year ago

No, we require you to send in your frames for every prescription order.

As soon as you place your order, a box with a pre-paid shipping label is automatically sent out to you! Simply package your frames in the box and seal them with the provided sticker. Once we receive your frames, we'll get started on your lenses asap!

We need your frames to custom trace, cut, color, and coat your lenses. Every order is done this way to ensure that your Fuse prescription lenses offer both perfect vision and perfect fit! (Once you have your prescription lens order back though - we can't really stop you.)



*For Prescription and Concierge orders, if your glasses are not received within 90 days of your original order, the order will be canceled and refunded.
