What is Prop 65?Updated 2 years ago

California Proposition 65 is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when products contain or cause exposure to certain chemicals identified by the state of California, in order to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use.

The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the list of chemicals, which has grown to include more than 800 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

Because we sell our lenses internationally, including in California, we display the warning on our website. If you need more information, please contact customer service.
