What is the Prescription Process like?Updated 8 months ago

We make ordering new prescription lenses easy! 

1. First, choose your lens options online through our prescription form located here! We offer single-vision or progressive lenses in Polycarbonate, Trivex, or 1.67 material. We also offer a variety of color and coating options! 
   
   
2. Next, we require your script to be emailed to us at [email protected]. We'll make sure everything looks good and as soon as your frames reach us, we'll get started on your lenses!
   
   
3. Immediately after your purchase, a box will be automatically shipped to you! Once you receive the postage-paid box, simply use the packing materials included to pack up your frames, seal it with the sticker provided, and send it off in the mail!
   
   
4. Once your frames are received, your lenses are custom-made, just for you, from scratch! This process takes around 10-15 business days in total.
   
   
5. As soon as your frames are completed and inspected, they are sent back to you via priority mail!
   
   
6. When you receive your lenses back, you have 60 days to use and inspect your lenses for clarity and accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, just let us know
   
   All prescription lens and sunglasses purchases include a 60-day vision guarantee and one-year protection against manufacturer defects. 
   
   You can add scratch protection to your order which covers one any-reason replacement.  Adding this option gives you peace of mind against unexpected scratches and damage to your prescription lenses! 
   
   *Each extended warranty purchase applies to one set of lenses on your order. You can only purchase one extended warranty per pair of lenses. Not valid on AMP prescription lens orders.
