My new prescription lenses don't look right. What should I do?Updated an hour ago
If Fuse gets it wrong, we fix it at no cost to you. Every prescription order includes a 60-Day Guarantee, and your first prescription remake within 60 days of delivery is free.
Give your eyes a few days first
New prescription lenses, especially progressives or a new prescription, often take time to feel natural. Mild swimminess at the edges, a change in depth perception, or needing to move your head to find the reading area can be part of normal adjustment. It may take 1-2 weeks to adjust to the new lenses.
Sunglass frames with a strong wrap can also feel different from flat everyday glasses at first.
When to contact us right away
- Vision is clear in one eye but not the other
- You have to turn your head to see clearly straight ahead with one eye
- The reading zone of a progressive sits too low or too high
- Double vision, headaches, or eye strain that don't improve
- The prescription feels noticeably stronger or weaker than your current glasses
What to send us
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A short description of what you're seeing (which eye, distance or reading, where in the lens)
- A copy of the prescription you submitted, if you have it handy
Our team will review your order details, including your Pupillary Distance (PD) and, for progressives, your Segment Height.
