Are my frames protected?Updated a year ago
By agreeing to take part in the Fuse Lenses Custom/Concierge Program, you understand that there are risks involved. We do our best to handle every order with care. However, in the event that your frame is lost or damaged, a replacement frame will be offered. In the event a suitable replacement cannot be found, a stipend for the current value of your sunglasses, up to $300, will be provided.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee that the original lenses sent in will not break or be damaged during processing. Lenses can be brittle or may need to be removed with tools if there are no screws present that can damage the lenses.
