We do our best to handle every order with care. However, in the event that your frame is lost or damaged, a replacement frame will be offered. The replacement frame may not be a brand-new frame, as there are models that can only be found in used condition if they have been discontinued. In the event a suitable replacement cannot be found, a stipend for the current value of your sunglasses, up to $300, will be provided.
By agreeing to take part in the Fuse Lenses Custom/Concierge Program, you understand that there are risks involved. Age or wear can make frames or original lenses more brittle and susceptible to damage, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your lenses or frames will not be damaged during shipping or installation.
