We do our best to replace broken or loose screws where we can when you send in your frames for a concierge order. However, we have a limited supply and variety of screws on hand and are unable to guarantee that we can replace the screws in your frame.

In order to properly trace your sunglasses for custom lenses, they must be secured with the correct screws. Unfortunately, in the event that we are sent an incomplete frame and are unable to replace the screws, your frame will be returned as it was received, and the order refunded.
