All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a refund. Additionally, past 60 days, we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact Customer Service.
If you want to exchange the lenses, please reach out to Customer Service. You have the option to send the frame back in, or we can send the alternate lenses directly (quicker option).
*Please note that we cannot guarantee that the original lenses sent in will not break or be damaged during processing. Lenses can be brittle or may need to be removed with tools if there are no screws present, which can damage the lenses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
