Finding Your Frame, Model Identification, & Custom Lens ProgramUpdated 2 hours ago
Fuse Lenses carries thousands of precision-cut replacement lens templates for popular sunglass brands. Whether you know your exact frame model, need help reading your temple measurements, or own a pair that isn't listed on our site, we have an option to get fresh lenses into your frames.
Step 1: Identifying Your Frame & Eye Size
To search our website or verify fit, the two most critical pieces of information printed inside your frame's temple arm are the Model Name/Number and the Lens/Eye Size.
| Information Type | What to Look For | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Model Name or Number | Series of numbers, words, or a combination (e.g., Holbrook, RB2140, MJ-103). | Identifies the exact frame shape and temple design. |
| Lens / Eye Size (mm) | A 2-digit number (typically 40mm to 62mm) located before a small square symbol (□). | Most Important Measurement: Represents the horizontal width of the lens. |
| Bridge & Temple Length | The 2-digit number after the square symbol (□) and the 3-digit number at the end. | Indicates bridge width and arm length (generally not needed for lens selection). |
Size Decimal Variations: Manufacturers occasionally round eye-size numbers on frame temples. If your physical measurement or temple printing differs by a few decimal points (e.g., 57.5mm vs. 58mm), replacement lenses will still fit securely.
Step 2: Searching FuseLenses.com
Use the Search Bar: Enter your frame model name or number in the search bar on FuseLenses.com.
Match the Eye Size: Verify that the eye size (in mm) listed on our product page matches the lens width printed inside your frame.
Check Variations: Older sunglasses or frames manufactured in different years/countries may have slight sizing variations. Always double-check eye size before placing an order.
Step 3: What to Do If Your Frame Isn't Listed (Custom Lens Program)
If your sunglass model is not listed on our website, US residents can take advantage of our Custom Concierge / Custom Tracing Program!
How the Custom Program Works
Cost: $30.00 (covers round-trip prepaid shipping and custom lab processing) + the price of your chosen replacement lenses.
Process: We email you a prepaid shipping label. Mail your physical frames to our Palm Harbor, Florida lab, where our technicians will custom-trace, cut, and mount your new lenses before shipping them back to you.
Frame Style Limitations (Ineligible Frames)
While we can custom-trace thousands of unique frames, our lab cannot process the following frame styles at this time:
Drill-mount / Rimless frames (where lenses are screwed directly into metal posts without an outer frame channel)
High-wrap lenses with a curvature greater than 8-base
One-piece or shield-style single lenses
Certain semi-rimless frame styles

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get custom lenses if my sunglasses aren't listed on the website?
Yes! US customers can use our Custom Lens Program for $30 (shipping included) plus the cost of the lenses. We provide a prepaid shipping label so our lab can custom-trace your frames.
What is the most important number printed on my sunglasses?
The lens width/eye size (the 2-digit number in millimeters located right before the square symbol) is the most critical measurement for finding matching replacement lenses.
Are there any frame styles Fuse cannot make lenses for?
Yes. We cannot process drill-mount frames, single shield/one-piece lenses, lenses with a curvature over 8-base, or certain semi-rimless frames.
If you've checked out our available listings and can't find your frame, check out our custom program!
If you are a U.S. Resident, we offer a custom program where we can email you a shipping label for your frame for an additional $30.
