Your prepaid shipping expires after one month.
Please reach out to Customer Service for a new label if it is past one month from receiving your box. Unfortunately, after one month, the prepaid USPS label expires and it is unlikely to be delivered and in some cases can be lost in transit.
We understand that life gets crazy. We will periodically remind you via email to send us your frames if we don't see any movement on the tracking. However, for Rx and concierge orders, if your glasses are not received within 90 days of your original order, the order will be canceled and refunded.
