How long do I have to send my frames in?Updated a year ago

We understand that life gets crazy. We will periodically remind you via email to send us your frames if we don't see any movement on the tracking. However, for Rx and concierge orders, if your glasses are not received within 90 days of your original order, the order will be canceled and refunded.
