The entire process typically takes around 2 weeks.

It typically takes 3-5 business days for you to get the box and send it back to us with your frames inside. Once we receive your frames, you will receive email confirmation. After that, it takes around 5-7 business days for us to custom-create lenses (this can be longer in our busier months, May-August). Then, it’ll take 3-5 more business days for everything to come back to you, with fresh lenses installed!
