How long until I get my lenses?Updated 5 months ago
Fuse Lenses are custom-cut to order. Being a custom product means that each order can take a few days to process. Our processing time is currently 3-5 days. During times of high volume and our busier season, May-September, our processing time may go up.
Most domestic orders choosing first-class shipping will arrive within 8-10 business days. FedEx 2-Day Shipping also receives priority processing and will arrive sooner. Priority processing means the order will ship within 24-48 hours of when the order is placed depending on what time the order is placed.
We ship out using UPS with final delivery through USPS and FedEx for FedEx 2-day shipping. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is ready to ship. It may take an additional day for the tracking to become updated. Keep in mind, once the package leaves our offices, the shipment is out of our control. However, your satisfaction is our responsibility and we are here to help you in any way that we can.
You can opt to add Shipping Protection for $1.99 which will cover your package against theft, loss, or damage.
Prescription Process
For Concierge or Prescription orders, please allow up to 14-15 business days for processing after your frames have been received.
Keep in mind that shipping is out of our control, so we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
*For Prescription and Concierge orders, if your glasses are not received within 90 days of your original order, the order will be canceled and refunded.
International Customers
All orders are shipped through UPS and tracking may not stay updated once your order leaves the United States. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for international orders. Please allow additional time for your lenses to process through customs before they are delivered to you. Certain countries may experience longer delivery times due to this customs process. Those countries include Reunion, UAE, Brazil, and Saudi Arabia.
Keep in mind, International customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or fees associated with their order.
