How much does the Concierge Service program cost?Updated 9 months ago
Our Concierge Service program cost includes the price of the lens and a $30 transformation fee. The $30 fee covers handling and all standard shipping costs.
One $30 fee will apply to up to three frames/lenses in a single order. Any more than three would be subject to an additional Transformation Fee. Contact customer service for inquiries about multiple frames.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee that the original lenses sent in will not break or be damaged during processing. Lenses can be brittle or may need to be removed with tools if there are no screws present that can damage the lenses.
