International Prescription Order PolicyUpdated an hour ago
Fuse Lenses does not process or accept Prescription orders for international customers (outside the United States).
Because every prescription order requires physical frames to be mailed directly to our optical lab in Palm Harbor, Florida, for custom tracing and mounting, shipping personal frames internationally carries a high risk of permanent loss, severe transit damage, or extended customs delays.
Policy Breakdown
| Order Feature | Policy & Restriction |
| International Rx Availability | ❌ Strictly Unavailable for addresses outside the US. |
| Mandatory Frame Mail-In | All prescription lenses require physical frames to be mailed to our lab for custom mounting. |
| Transit & Loss Risk | International postal handoffs present a high probability of frame loss or permanent damage during transit. |
| Eligible Shipping Regions | ✅ Domestic US, US Territories, and US Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses only. |
Why International Prescription Orders Are Restricted
High Risk of Frame Loss or Damage: Overseas shipping involves multiple postal handlers, customs inspections, and long transit times, creating a significant risk of your personal frames being lost, crushed, or damaged in transit.
Mandatory Frame Mail-In Requirement: Unlike pre-cut standard replacement lenses, prescription lenses are custom-surfaced to your exact doctor's script and focal points. They must be physically mounted into your frames by our lab technicians to guarantee accurate vision.
Customs Impound & Return Issues: Cross-border shipping for personal items frequently encounters unexpected customs duties, clearance holds, or import rejection, which can prevent frames from reaching our facility.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send my frames to Fuse from an international address if I pay for shipping and insurance?
