Drop-Down Verification: If your country appears in the country drop-down menu at checkout, we ship there!
Currently Restricted Countries: We are currently unable to ship to Mexico, Chile, South Africa, Russia, Ukraine, and India due to ongoing international postal delivery and customs issues.
Dynamic Shipping List: Our list of restricted countries is subject to change. If delivery conditions improve, restricted destinations will be reinstated.
Lab Processing & International Shipping Details
Lab Processing Times:
Slower Season (October – March): 1 to 3 business days for custom cutting and packing.
Peak Season (April – September): 5 to 7 business days for custom cutting and packing.
International Carrier: All international shipments are handled via APC Postal Logistics.
Tracking & Scanning Expectations: It can take up to 7 business days for tracking to show its first updated scan once your package reaches the initial processing hub. Once the package leaves the United States, tracking updates may slow down depending on local postal handoffs.

Taxes, Customs Duties, & Shipping Thresholds
Customs & Import Duties: International shipping pricing is calculated at checkout based on destination. International customers are responsible for all applicable local import taxes, customs duties, or carrier fees.
Free Shipping Exclusion: Free standard shipping thresholds apply only to domestic US orders and are not available for international shipments.
Prescription Restriction: International shipping is available for non-prescription replacement lenses and accessories only. Prescription orders cannot be processed internationally.
International Package Protection ($1.99)
Given the longer transit routes involved in international shipping, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection for $1.99 at checkout. This covers your package against loss, theft, or transit damage so our team can immediately process a replacement if issues arise.

If your country is not in the dropdown menu, we cannot ship there due to active international carrier or customs restrictions.
Why hasn't my international tracking number updated in a few days?
International packages shipped via APC Logistics can take up to 7 days to display their first hub scan and may experience tracking pauses once transiting between US customs and your destination country's local postal carrier.
Are customs fees and import taxes included in my order total?
Shipping costs are determined at checkout, but international recipients are responsible for any destination duties or government import taxes required by local customs agencies.
