60-Day Return Window: Prescription orders can be returned for a full monetary refund within 60 days of delivery.
Past 60 Days: Prescription orders are not eligible for a refund after 60 days.

1st Script Change (Within 60 Days): FREE. If your doctor adjusts your prescription or you notice vision discomfort within 60 days of delivery, your first remake is completely free.
2nd Script Change: Counts against your 1-Time Lifetime Replacement Warranty.

1-Time Replacement Warranty: All prescription lens purchases are covered by a lifetime, 1-time replacement warranty. Warranty redemptions must be for the same prescription, same frame, and same lens value as the original purchase.
Frame Mail-In Requirement: Prescription lenses are custom-cut and mounted to your specific physical frames to guarantee accurate focal points and optical alignment. For all prescription exchanges, remakes, or warranty claims, your frames must be sent back to our lab.
