Color Changes & Prescription Remakes
Standard / Non-Prescription Color Changes: If you just received your standard lenses and wish to swap colors using your warranty, you will be required to ship the original set back to us.
Prescription Remakes & Script Changes:
1st Script/Color Change (Within 60 Days): FREE within the 60-day vision guarantee period.
2nd Script Change: Counts as your 1-Time Lifetime Warranty Redemption.
Subsequent Script/Style Changes: 2nd exchange is 50% off retail pricing; 3rd+ exchanges are full price.
Frame Mail-In Required: Because prescription lenses are custom-surfaced to your physical frames, your frames must be mailed back in for any prescription exchanges or remakes.
