What is the return policy on Prescription lenses?Updated 2 years ago

We strive for 100% accuracy on all Prescription orders. If you notice within 60 days that your prescription is inaccurate, we will remake your lenses at no charge to you!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Prescription lenses. Your prescription lenses are custom created just for you, with your prescription, and specifically for your frames! If you decide on another color or lens option, the lenses have to be discarded and recreated from scratch. These lenses are final sale and are excluded from returns. However, we are still here to help! If you are unhappy with your Rx lenses contact us for help, and we will do our best to make it right.
