We strive for 100% accuracy on all Prescription orders.
Whether it's prescription accuracy, manufacturing defects, or anything else - if Fuse gets it wrong, we'll fix it at no cost to you.
Prescription orders can be returned within 60 days. Please contact us to return your order befoe sending anything back. Prescription orders are not eligible for a refund after 60 days.
Sometimes, your prescription needs a change after you receive your lenses; your first remake within 60 days is always free. A second prescription change will count against your warranty redemption.
Changed your mind about lens color, tint, or style? Because your prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for you, your prescription, and your frames to order, exchanges are limited to:
- - 1st Exchange: Free within 60 days
- - 2nd Exchange: 50% off current full retail pricing
- - 3rd+ Exchange: Full price
Prescription lenses are always custom-made for your prescription and for your exact frames to ensure a perfect fit and perfect vision. For any prescription exchanges, we do require your frames to be sent back in.
