We strive for 100% accuracy on all Prescription orders. If you notice within 60 days that your prescription is inaccurate, we will remake your lenses at no charge to you!
General Warranty Information:
All prescription lenses and sunglasses purchases include a 60-day vision guarantee and are covered by a lifetime, 1-time replacement warranty. Warranty redemptions must be for the same prescription, frame, and lens color as the original order.
Sometimes, your prescription needs a change after you receive your lenses; your first remake within 60-days is always free. A second prescription change will count against your warranty redemption.
Style & Color Changes
Changed your mind about lens color, tint, or style? Because your prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for you, your prescription, and your frames to order, exchanges are limited to:
1st Exchange: Free within 60-days
2nd Exchange: 50% off current full retail pricing
3rd+ Exchange: Full price
Prescription lenses are always custom-made for your prescription and for your exact frames to ensure perfect fit and perfect vision. For any prescription exchanges, we do require your frames to be sent back in.
Note: Any exchange under warranty will only be replaced by a lens of the same value, for the same prescription, and for the same frame as the original purchase.
