Because we custom cut all lenses in-house out of our Clearwater, Florida lab, we are often able to resolve fit issues and exchange your lenses for the correct fit.
All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee! Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may return or exchange your lenses for any reason.
All exchanges, outside of fit issues, will only be for the same frame as purchased. In the case of upgrading lenses, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Any exchange outside of the 60-day guarantee will count as the warranty redemption and may only be used on a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase.

All exchanges should be shipped to Fuse Lenses, 1686 N Belcher Rd, Clearwater FL 33765, United States. Please do not ship anything back before contacting customer service.
We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. If you pay for expedited shipping back to us on your own, those costs will not be reimbursed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO:
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any prepaid shipping labels for these locations. Return shipping costs will always be the buyer’s responsibility. If we find Fuse Lenses at fault, we will expedite an exchange - no return necessary. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with their purchase.
