What is your return process?Updated a year ago

Buy with confidence!

All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange. To start a return or exchange, contact customer service.

Exchanges

We guarantee fit!

Because we custom cut all lenses in-house out of our Clearwater, Florida lab, we are often able to resolve fit issues and exchange your lenses for the correct fit. If the reason for your return is a fit issue, we are happy to help verify your frame and instead help exchange your lenses for the correct fit.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send an email to notify you that your refund is processing. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons, not due to our error, or is returned more than 60 days after delivery. If for some reason, your item is received and a refund is not approved, customer service will notify you by email.

Fuse Lenses issues refunds to the original payment method only. In the case that the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.

Prescription Returns

We are unable to accept returns on our Prescription lens orders. Your Prescription lenses are custom created just for you, with your prescription, and specifically for your frames! If you decide on another color or lens option, the lenses have to be recreated from scratch. These lenses are final sale and are excluded from returns. However, we are still here to help! If you are unhappy with your Prescription lenses, Contact us for help. We include a 60-day vision guarantee with all Prescription purchases. Within 60 days, if you notice your prescription is inaccurate, we will remake your lenses at no charge.

*For Prescription and Concierge orders, if your glasses are not received within 90 days of your original order, the order will be canceled and refunded.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

The length of processing time for your refund will vary. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and/or bank. There may be some additional processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done those steps and still have not received a refund, you can contact customer service.

Shipping

All returns and exchanges should be shipped to Fuse Lenses, 1686 N Belcher Rd, Clearwater FL 33765, United States. Please do not ship anything back before contacting customer service.

We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. If you pay for expedited shipping back to us on your own, those costs will not be reimbursed.

International, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO:

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any prepaid shipping labels for these locations. Return shipping costs will always be the buyer’s responsibility. If we find Fuse Lenses at fault, we will expedite an exchange - no return necessary. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with their purchase.
